Returns
Return Policy
You may return all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, please email us at hello@roseumcollections.com with your order number. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@roseumcollections.com.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please follow our return process and place a new order.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@roseumcollections.com.
Include: Your order number, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and a short description of the issue
We’ll take care of it by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
